The accommodation.

This Victorian cottage has all modern comforts and is very well situated for exploring Norfolk. An addition to the central heating there is an open fire place in the sitting room. There are three comfortable chairs, pine bookshelves with a small selection of books and videos (For the T.V. video combo). In the old pine dresser you will find a lovely china dinner service and plenty of glasses. The original steep stairs (Norfolk winder) lead from the sitting room to a small landing and the two bedrooms. The sitting room also leads into the kitchen




The kitchen is fitted with SHAKER STYLE units. There is a microwave, gas cooker and fridge and a table and seating for four people. Through the kitchen door you can access a pretty patio and garden with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.




Bedrooms. There is a double bedded room with pine wardrobe, dressing table and original fireplace. The pretty single room has a wardrobe . All linen is provided.



Bathroom. Pretty and modern. The bath has an "in bath" shower. Please bring your own towels. Parking. There is parking outside the Cottage between September and Good Friday and at other times free parking is available behind the patio area for one car only. Telephone. A telephone is provided, but for incoming calls only. Children over 5 years and above are welcome. Sorry, no pets. No smoking. Seashell Cottage is the owner’s much loved holiday home, not just a place to let out! It is well equipped and maintained and hopefully has everything to make your stay a comfortable one. Bookings are from Friday to Friday. To allow adequate time for cleaning, we ask you to vacate by 10:30am. The cottage will be ready for your arrival at 2:30pm.
