" We have stayed in several self catering cottages in Wells next the Sea over recent years, but Seashell is by far our favourite. We enjoyed our recent stay so much that we have booked a further three visits for next year. We like the location by the harbour and bus stops, and close to the shops. The cottage is homelike and peaceful and has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly like the charming single bedroom. In all, we are looking forward very much to our next visit".

"A little Gem.
We honestly can't think of anything which would increase the comfort of our stay. You and Niki had thought of everything and in all honesty have probably spoilt us for future accommodations which are likely to fall short of yours ! Ashton was thrilled to be included in the welcome gifts with a chocolate treat which was so thoughtful of you and ours were also much appreciated. Thank you."
Liza, Sacha and Ashton. Coventry.
"We first came across this little cottage six years ago and fell in love with it, so
much so we now stop here twice a year. The welcome from"greeter" Niki is
always warm and sets the week off just right. The cottage is nice, cosy and
clean and to us it's like visiting an old friend. The location, We find, is
excellent for just about everything. Out of the back door straight into the "Captains Table" for good food and drink, bus stop at the bottom of the Glebe
for jaunts out, plus beach rd and Staiths street for shopping all within easy
walking distance. We intend this to be our bolt hole from the stress of city
living for some time to come. Highly recommended."
Fred and Denise, west Yorkshire."
We spent a wonderful week at Seashell Cottage. We received a lovely warm welcome to a very clean and comfortable 'home from home'. Very convenient for the sea and shops, all in close walking distance. We have already booked for next year which hopefully will not be our last visit to the cottage."
Jane, Dave and Jack, Syston Leicester.
I have been staying at Seashell Cottage for the past five years when visiting
Wells and consider it to be like a second home. It has everything one could
wish for, is cosy with a log burner and central heating for colder days. It has
a small garden which is delightful. The cottage is so close to the harbour, shops
and the bus stops where the Coast Hopper bus runs an excellent service. There
is a friendly reception on arrival and the welcome pack and fresh flowers are
a lovely touch. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else when in Wells and
always look forward to the next visit.

"With the log burner and central heating we were as warm as toast even
in the 'Land of the lazy Wind' The Norfolk winder staircase leading to the
two cosy bedrooms gave this retired couple the nearest experience to
Pole dancing we're likely to find! A very well equipped and comfortable
Cottage. A delightful little holiday retreat to enjoy."
Kathleen and Tony, Colchester.
"Having been a regular visitor over some years to Seashell Cottage,
often visiting twice a year I can thoroughly recommend its cosy
accommodation, excellent facilities and ideal location. I always look
forward to my visits to both the cottage and Wells itself. The cottage
provides a restful atmosphere, but is within easy reach of a number
of places of interest and makes an ideal retreat to return to. Wells is a
delightful town and never fails to please visitors of all ages."
Marie Deed, Cambridgeshire.
"We have just returned from another week based at Seashell Cottage.
As always the friendly reception at the cottage, its convenient location
and its clean and cosy nature made an excellent weeks birding very
special. It's great to know that at the end of a long journey awaits a
perfect escape from the rush of life. Thanks as always for making us
feel so welcome."
Alec Gladwin, Devon.
"Having spent a relaxing week in the lovely Seashell Cottage we
cannot wait to come back next year. Wells is our favourite retreat and
Seashell Cottage enhanced our holiday this year. It gave us the
atmosphere of a cosy Cottage and provided all the comforts of home.
Thank you for the warm welcome and for Marylou's good taste "
Mr and Mrs Hutchesson, Sheffield.
"We loved the Cottage - it was so conveniently close to the sea and shops
- delightfully decorated, Large open log-burner, and everything
on hand to make us feel cosseted and really comfortable. My husband
also says what an ideal location it is for bird-watchers! Thank you for
making us so welcome!"
Sue Smith, Bucks.
"We appreciated the warm, personal and helpful welcome and 'goodies'
we received on our arrival. Seashell Cottage is in a fabulous location
close to the Harbour and local shops which we like to support. Great
not to have to use a Supermarket for the whole week! The highlight of
our stay was seeing a Seal basking in the sun on Christmas Day."
Helen and Tony, Staffordshire.
We love Seashell Cottage. Summer or Winter
It is a fabulous place to stay. We have also spent Christmas at Seashell Cottage, twice, most enjoyable. You can walk out to glorious beaches, birdwatching, and seal spotting as you go. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance, to suit every taste, and as a central hub to explore the delights of Norfolk, it couldn't be better. The cottage is cosy, comfortable and generously equipped, with fantastic beds.
Louise and Claire. London
We love your little Cottage and it's so well equipped. So good to be close enough to go crabbing in the morning and then take the kit back before heading off again. A real Home from Home. Thank you.
